We also sell books for hiking, snack, food and drinks to bring on your adventure.
Our hosts will help you with adequat information for having wonderful and safe tours around the region. We base our recommendations on season, weather, wind and local knowledge.
Our highlight is of course the hike to Mt Husfjell, a top you won`t miss out on!
The hike is 3,3 kilometers (one way) and takes you to the top at 632 mas. This is considered a familyfriendly and safe hike in summertime.
Along the trail you will find the Myran shelter/open hut and you can register your hike in the book at Sommardalen point.
The trail is easy to follow. Remember to also enjoy the view while walking. Despite the fact that the hike is rather short and at a medium level, we advise you to be equipped and dressed for proper mountain hiking. The weather changes quickly and can get rather rough.
That said, spend 3-4 hours and get a memory for life!
The public parking is next to Skagi where also the trailhead is located. Guests of the hotel park for free in our parking. Others can park cheaply towards a fee and also get acess to our facilities.
This hike is also super-populare in wintertime on snowshoes or for ski-touring.
For guide, please contact our partner Senja Wild.
